How paid seats are counted

Paid subscriptions have a minimum of one billable seat. Non-owner members are counted once across the subscription owner's workspaces. Workspace owners do not add seats. Assign roles according to the access people need.

Annual prices show the monthly equivalent and the full annual amount per billable seat. Review the total and available terms at checkout before confirming.

What does a collaboration link allow?

Anyone with the link can use its view or edit permission. It is separate from workspace membership and website publishing.
